I, the use of manual operation
a) According to the needs of the rescue site, select the appropriate length of support rod.
b) Pneumatic support rod rises: Place the support rod on the place where it needs to be supported and pull it out by
hand until it stops at the desired position. At this time, the pneumatic support is locked and you can start working.
c) Pneumatic support rod descends: Press the manual operation button (red button) on the support rod. At this time,
the support rod support lock is released, the support rod begins to descend, and release the button to stop the fall.
II, pneumatic remote operation
a)Connect the gas source (gas cylinder) to the pressure relief valve, and then connect it to the hand-held pneumatic
controller through the 5m blue gas pipeline;
b) Connect the hand-held pneumatic controller to the gas pipeline (10m) and the support kit in sequence; the blue gas
pipe is connected to the strut and the air intake is quickly connected; the red gas pipe is connected to the strut to
control the quick connection;
c) Before use, first open the gas source (gas cylinder) switch, observe the pressure rise (usually air bottle pressure
is 30MPa), reduce the pressure to 0.8MPa through the pressure reducing valve, then hold the pneumatic remote control
In the operable state (the upper two buttons of the hand-held pneumatic controller are the gas supply button, and the
lower two buttons are the pressure relief button);
d) Pneumatic support rod rises: Press the air supply button of the blue trachea connection. The pneumatic support rod
is extended and lengthened to the desired height. Release the button to stop and automatically lock the support.
e) Pneumatic support rod descends: press the gas supply button of the red tubing connection → release the support
lock automatically → press the relief button → discharge the gas from the blue tubing connection → the support rod
begins to descend → down
When the gas is lowered to the required height, the gas in the pneumatic control room is exhausted (press the red
connection line pressure relief button) → the support rod will automatically lock.
Note: When both ends of the support bar are subjected to a load of more than 30 kg, the support bar must not be
lowered or retracted in any form (manual operation, pneumatic remote operation), and must be removed at both ends
of the support bar.
