alloy steel, non-alloy steel, stainless steel, pig iron, copper, aluminum and aluminum.

1. The working mode is regulated by the transition of current and voltage.

1) The current increase or decrease is controlled by the corresponding sum on the current regulation panel.

The size of the current is indicated by the current indicator: The left row shows the current at mode I. The right

row shows the current of mode II

Note: When the external power supply voltage is 110-120V, the maximum current can be directly adjusted to the fourth

gear.

To switch the unit to mode II, press the right button on the current control panel.

The current level in mode II can be controlled within the current setting of mode I to the maximum current value of

9.5A (6 steps). Mode II will be off, must hit the right, the button is straight

2) Voltage is achieved by rotating the firing gun start button.

Rotate clockwise to increase voltage and counterclockwise to decrease.

When operating in mode I, the voltage is displayed on the voltage display.

The2, cutting

1) Switch on chassis power

Connect the chassis power cord to a power outlet.

Make sure the digital display and indicator light "OFF" are on.

Make sure the fan starts working.

Note: The value of 5V is allowed to appear on the voltage indicator when the "OFF" indicator light is on.

2) Connect the gun to the chassis

Make sure the chassis indicator "OFF" is lit.

Connect the gun cable connector to the chassis output connector.

Secure it with the insurance port on the interface

3) Start the setting of the front gun housing

Connect the Mode II ground clamp cable to the positive output connector on the chassis panel.

Press the left or button to adjust the display lamp on the left side of Mode I to “4”.

4) Change of gun work and injection

Cutting requires a nozzle with an aperture of 1.1-1.3 mm.

Rotate the firing gun start button and adjust its pressable interval to 2-3mm.

If you can not set the distance to 2-3mm. Need to disassemble the gun and adjust the electrode part.

Remove the syringe, fill it with water, open the injection nozzle plug, and insert the syringe into the injection

port to fill the gun until it seeps out of the gun nozzle hole.

Tighten the filler plug and dry the gun housing. Put the gun on the bracket.

Note:

Need to inject fluid for the gun before approaching work.

When injecting liquid, note that the injection nozzle is facing upwards and the nozzle is deflected upwards.

Do not open the gun without liquid injection, as this may result in damage to the gun.

5) Start the gun

Make sure that the indicator light "OFF" on the chassis is on.

Press and release the chassis button "ON" to confirm that the "ON" light is on. (The voltage is shown to rise to

200-350V in a short time).

Within 5 seconds after pressing the button "ON ON", the gun firing button is pressed to the end. (When the electrode

is in contact with the nozzle, the voltage drop is 0-5V), and then release the button smoothly. (The voltage to

ignite the arc is between 20-80V).

A few seconds later, a fire beam appeared in the nozzle of the gun and the voltage rose to between 80-160V.

Turn the start button clockwise to adjust the operating voltage to 190V.

Attention!

If the arc does not ignite (the value on the display is still in the range of 200-350V), press the shotgun start

button again within 5 seconds.

If you do not press the start button in time, the value of the voltage display will drop to 000V and the indicator

“OFF” will light. The entire startup process needs to be repeated at this point. (Press the button "ON" first,

and then press the start button.)

If no fire beam appears or the arc cannot be ignited within 8-10 seconds, turn off the gun.

6) cutting process

Cutting under Mode I (MODE I)

Cutting in this mode gives the smallest kerf, so keep as much as possible while cutting. The distance between the

nozzle and the workpiece is maintained at 1-3mm (allowing contact between the nozzle and the workpiece). If you want

To obtain the fastest cutting speed, adjust the current indicator of mode I (MODE I) to “6” with the left button.

Turn the start button clockwise to adjust the voltage to 210-210V.

(If the external power supply voltage is 100-120V, then you need to adjust the current indicator to "4" first, and

then adjust the voltage to 220-230V).

Cutting under Mode II (MODE II)

The cut value in this mode is for conductive materials. Mode II has the fastest cutting speed and maximum depth of

cut. Cutting in this mode prevents contact between the nozzle and the workpiece.

Ground clamp the Mode II (MODE II) to the workpiece.

Put a protective cover on the gun.

Start the gun after filling the gun.

Press the button on the left to adjust Mode I current indicator to "6" (if the external power is 100-120V, adjust to

"4"). Then press the right button to start mode II

Rotate the start button to adjust the voltage to 210-210V. (External voltage is 100-120V, then adjusted to 220-230V).

Bring a welder mask (lens darkness of 5.5DIN)

Keep the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece 1.5-2.0mm. Make sure the arc is connected to the workpiece.

Make sure that the gun arc is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece.

Keep the arc on the workpiece stable.

Take care to blow off the molten metal.

To obtain a flat cut, use the positioner in the unit.

Note: When working in Mode I and Mode II (MODE II):

If the flame suddenly goes out, press the start button again within 5 seconds to relight.

When the water in the gun is used up, the fire beam will extend (or extinguish) and the voltage will show a decrease

in value. It is best to turn off the gun before the gun overheats and shuts off automatically.

When the water in the gun is used up, the gun closes automatically and the “OVERHEAT” indicator on the chassis

lights up. If you want to continue working, you need to re-inject the fluid and then restart the gun.

Use a trowel or a metal brush to remove the splashed metal slag adhering to the spray.

Must not be left unattended after the gun is opened.

Do not allow unprotected parts of the body to come into contact with the exposed parts of the gun.

When operating in Mode II (MODE II), conductive material that is not secured to the patch should not come into

contact with the nozzle or gun guard.

Do not unscrew the injection plug when the gun is working.

7) Close the gun

Press the chassis button "OFF". Make sure the chassis indicator "OFF" is lit.

8) Re-injection of the gun

Guns can be injected in two ways.

Manual injection: The same as the above 2.4.

Automatic injection: Open the gun as described in 2.7 above, and insert the gun nozzle into the water 3-5cm for 2-3

minutes (the gun does not need to be too deep). The method relies on a vacuum effect, so it can only be used with a

just-closed gun.

9) End the job

Press the chassis button "OFF". Confirm that the indicator "OFF" lights up.

Disconnect the gun cable connector from the chassis output connector. Disconnect the ground wire from the chassis and

the workpiece. Disconnect the chassis from the power source.

Prohibited: When the chassis indicator "ON" is on, disconnect the chassis from the power outlet.

When the gun is working or when the indicator “ON” is on, disconnect the gun cable plug from the chassis. This will

cause burnout of the interface.

3. Most of the equipment is used in the factory. To prevent interference from the grid or electromagnetic radiation

in different environments, it is necessary to pay attention to the electromagnetic compatibility between it and other

electrical and electronic equipment. When out

together, such as adding a grid filter, supplementing shielded cables or shielding equipment, and so on.

4. The device is equipped with a fuse with a rated current of 25A and slow corresponding "slowblow" protection (fuse

size: Φ6.3 to L32mm).

5. The equipment is also protected by limiting the value of the no-load voltage between the workpiece (or enclosure)

and the nozzle to less than 68 volts in the absence of a direct arc. Green safety indicator on the chassis panel:

When "SELV" is lit, the voltage between the workpiece and the nozzle does not exceed 68V.

6. When the nozzle is in contact with the gun cover, the voltage on the component may exceed 68V, so use a protective

cover to prevent electric shock.

7. Safety measures when switching on the device

After removing the package, check the integrity and compatibility of the equipment before using it for power. If you

have any doubts or suspicions about failures, please do not use them and give them to professionals.

Do not place the material (plastic bags, polystyrene foam) inside the package where children can get it to avoid danger.

Before connecting the device, check whether the power voltage displayed on the chassis is normal. The power socket

must be 16A (if the power is 100-120V, 20A)

Connect to a socket with grounding function (make the ground pliers connect to the ground clamp interface on the

chassis panel).

If there is any obvious damage to the chassis enclosure or cables, do not power on the device. Do not attempt to

repair the power cable yourself. If you have problems, contact a professional. If necessary, replace the power cord

(thisThe replacement power cord must be made of rubber HO5RRF in accordance with the standard and manufacturer's

approval, or use spare cables for the equipment. )

Please configure or professionally confirm whether there is electromagnetic compatibility between the device and

other devices in the work environment. Check all types of cables, radios, remote controls, and electricity.

Brain, preventive and alarm systems, measuring instruments, etc.

If you are using a hearing aid, please be aware that it may interfere with the equipment when it is soldered.

If a wiring board is used, the cable of the wiring board is not less than 2.5 mm2 thick, and the grounding impedance

of the cable does not exceed 0.1 Ω.

Please place the chassis on a stable horizontal surface.

Pay attention to flammable materials in your work environment. Keep the ventilation or air circulation in the working

environment while working.

Pay attention to the layout on the workbench to avoid melting metal, hot guns, and hot air that comes in contact with

the power cord of the chassis.

Do not place the chassis near heaters, open flames, or other heat sources, and keep the exhaust vents of the chassis

unobstructed.

Welders are required to use personal protective equipment.

When not using the equipment, when installing the equipment, when the equipment is being maintained, please cut off

the equipment and pull the plug out of the socket.

8. Safety at work, the following conditions will be prohibited:

Open this product without learning this manual.

Use this product to complete other tasks than cutting and welding.

In addition to the instructions in this manual, you are to customize or disassemble this product.

Place the device in areas where children and physically impaired persons (eg, those who have not consulted the doctor

prior to using a pacemaker) can access or use the device.

The device is turned on without supervision.

Violation of "Regulations on the safe use of electrical appliances" and related operational safety standards.

In the absence of manufacturer's recommendations and instructions not specified in this manual, privately connect

other accessories to the chassis or gun. (Adding attachments privately may cause damage to the device or bring to

the operator.Security risks).

Connect other non-BPCW22A+ guns to the BPCW22A+ chassis, or connect the BPCW22A+ guns to other non-BPCW22A+ chassis.

Connect the gun to components not approved by the BPCW22A+ manufacturer (eg oxygen cylinders, air compressors,

liquefied gas cylinders).

Add to the gun other fluids other than water and dilute ethanol alcohol as noted in this manual.

Place the chassis and working guns at a level that exceeds 10°C and do not fix them.

When working with the gun, if the SELV of the chassis panel is not lit, the protective cover is not covered by the

gun (that is, the voltage between the gun cover and the nozzle exceeds 68 V).

Work without the chassis enclosure being grounded.

There is no special sunglasses protection when using this product, and there is no mask protection when operating in

Mode II (MODE "II"). (It is recommended that the darkness of the sunglasses is 4 DIN in Mode I (MODE "I")

, Mode II (MODE "II") has a darkness of 5.5 DIN. )

In the case of non-insulated shoes on the feet; work on metal or wet floors; work in shoes or on damp feet.

Wet hands touch the chassis. Use a gun to machine the newly sprayed workpiece.

Wear clothes with fuel-burn stains to work.

Dangerous objects (oil and flammable gases) and parts charged with pressure are processed. Work on flux or galvanized

metal in an unventilated environment.

Work in a place covered with dust and metal powder.

Use this product to thaw tubes. Contact with hot parts of the product.

Move the chassis while working.

Pull the device with the power cord and loop the power cord around the device.

Wipe the case with a damp cloth.
