2, lift the tripod, release the bottom of the rigid bearing, until the tripod stays straight, tighten the bottom of the fixed rope.
3, put the tripod at the top of the hole.
4, put the twist wheel mounted on a tripod legs if needed , please note install the jack roll based on marked, and then fixed with a fixed pin. The loose pulley at the top of the tripod, insert the safety cable and then mounted on the pulley.
Use:
Used by shaking the hand winch, roll up and down the rope to control, so as to achieve the purpose of rescue. The decline of this equipment with manual or electric winch is equipped with self-locking device that rise into the air, when suddenly do not shake loading things or people will not free fall, only will shake to the opposite direction ,the wire rope will downward movement .
