JJXF 6.8L air Cylinder Fireman Breathing Compressor Breathing Apparatus

Air breathing apparatus for protection of the airways during entering the polluted area, for fireman work in the smoke, toxins or chemical environment where it is dangerous place for human life. Appropriate to CE134 standard and European directives  about high pressure devices 97/23/EC must have appropriate certificate, all cylinders also must have manufacturer unique serial number.

1-cylinder: half fiber composed material, volume 6.8 liter. With full charge usage duration: 45-60 minutes, maximal charge pressure 300 bar. Inspiration firm <500 Pascal,  alarm pressure 55-+5 Bar. Full panoramic mask discharge maximal coefficient must not exceed 0.005%. full set weight consists of 13.5 kg. caring box stroke from strong plastic material must be made from black color or orange colors. Size 75*30*46cm.

2-panoramic mask: (picture given) is used for protection of the fireman-rescuer face and airways. Made from Aramid fiber material. Secure design fully covers fireman face. Head attachment has belts in 5 points and from it minimally 2 belt is size regulator and is hermetical. Joining belts is connected to each other with protective web like hat that is located under the helmet and insures mask protection and comfort. Protective web like hat is easily to take off of changing it or washing if there is danger or any pollution.

Outcome pressure from 90psi to 135psi (6-9 bar) air flow 1000 l/sec. security valve automatically locks main valve in case of wrong working and can catch pressure 148-225psi. valves is joined secured limited holes.  That protects system from air loss in case of manometer or tube damage and decreases discharge 25 l/hour.

According to the specifications valve is attached to the cylinder made with supreme strain carbon fiber without set for working in high pressure.

3-back board (picture).

Elastic ergonomic and light back board, easy for one hand usage, with belt and shoulders connected with special joiner. Applied to any kind of cylinder.

4-pressure indicator manometer (picture)

Flourcentrical manometer board is easy to see in dark and smoke environment for pressure transmission. Has rubber protection against falling and stroke. Working pressure of manometer is 0-400 bar. Is given alarm signal 555 bar. Alarm signal voice is  90 decibel that indicates to the user about overcharge necessity. Pretender must represent goods sample with rule given in remarks and represented appropriate certificate of the manufacturer of the products.
